::: Latest News of GHS in Taiwan

Council of Labor Affairs (CLA) invited Dr. Peter Dawson (Environmental Risk Management Authority, ERMA) and Mr. Barry Dyer (New Zealand Chemical Industry Council, NZCIC) to host a two-day workshop in Taipei. New Zealand is the first industrialized country to implement GHS. Guest experts presented regulatory structure of New Zealand Hazardous Substance & New Organism Act (HSNO) and their experiences in implementing the GHS. They also shared their comments and suggestions.
